About the Role: As a Colorist at WITHIN, you’ll play a pivotal, project-based role within our post-production team, stepping in on projects as they arise to elevate the visual tone and quality of stills and footage through expert color correction, grading, and digital manipulation. Working under the guidance of the Post Production Supervisor, you’ll contribute to a variety of projects across multiple accounts and contract types—ranging from targeted campaigns to preparing footage and project files for editorial. This role calls for a meticulous eye, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges and prioritize tasks effectively as you support the creative vision on a per-project basis.
