The E-Commerce Marketing Associate Manager's main goal is to develop and execute the brand's marketing strategy in e-commerce and specialized channels to achieve defined business objectives, ensuring the proper strategy, development, execution, and benchmarking of marketing efforts to increase sales and online brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate key account managers, agencies, and brand managers to create customer-focused plans that align commercial, marketing, company, and sales goals.
  • Develop and nurture direct relationships with the e-commerce agency team and global teams aligning to full-year planning agendas.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing plans with the commercial team across customers and performance measurement of the results by identifying and measuring relevant KPIs.
  • Optimize marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness by identifying opportunities in visibility, audiences, catalog, pricing, and ad formats through constant performance tracking of sales, market behavior, consumer trends, and campaign analysis.
  • Utilize UX experience and digital merchandising knowledge for brand store creation and customer journey optimization through advertisements.
  • Experience in SEO, digital analytics, and generation of insights.
  • Understand digital metrics and possess previous e-commerce and online advertisement knowledge.
  • Familiarity with data structures and attribution models, able to make relationships between different data sources.
  • Administer media split and budget to maximize sales and profitability considering consumer behavior.
  • Craft messages in monthly campaigns for different clients and brands.

What You'll Bring:

• 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing in the following industries: Toy/FMCG/Entertainment/Retail/E-commerce
• Omnichannel development strategies and execution experience
• Expertise in marketing program development for retailers
• Trade marketing strategy implementation and execution at e-commerce
• Experience briefing design agencies and/or 3rd parties
• Understanding of the retail environment
• Channel management, category management, and pricing
• Ability to create shopper-oriented strategies
