DT Manufacturing Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital transformation projects, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements, prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital products and solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product offerings.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Some travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

Desired Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital transformation or related fields.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry.
• Have been involved in or have run implementations of DNC or machine monitoring solutions.
• Aware of concepts of CAD & CAM.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
