Are you organized, bilingual, and ready to be the go-to person for getting things DONE? MaxTrans Logistics is looking for a Dispatch Specialist to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team. You'll be the link between drivers, dispatchers, and clients — keeping deliveries smooth, on time, and on point.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Keep drivers in the loop with load details, updates, and real-time support.
2. Track shipments using tools like Macropoint or Project44 (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
3. Update systems like McLeod with load notes and driver activity.
4. Answer calls and emails like a pro — keeping communication flowing with drivers, clients, and your team.
5. Generate reports, organize documents, and help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
6. Solve problems on the fly and help keep customers happy.

What We're Looking For:

1. You’re fluent in English (spoken & written — we work with the U.S.).
2. You’re a multitasking ninja and love staying organized.
3. You’ve got great vibes and love being part of a team.
4. You can handle pressure like a champ and think fast when things change.
5. Bonus points if you’ve worked with dispatch tools or logistics platforms (McLeod, Fourkites, etc.).
