Our team is focused on accelerating premium acquisition, increasing productivity and profitability, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and team engagement.
About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented leader in driving revenue growth and market expansion across all regions and diverse industries, with strong strategic thinking skills. The leader will have people management expertise where coaching, feedback, sales team motivation and productivity are key for the role. Proven track record in developing high-performing sales teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong partnership relationships is required. The incumbent in this position is responsible for leading the F2F Consumer salesforce and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers for consumer and SBS.
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a Team of 140+ people. Guide your direct reports to achieve higher conversion rates, build bigger pipelines, and faster sales closing cycles.
· Assure Salesforce achieve and exceed monthly targets.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target businesses of various sizes with financial solutions according to their needs.
· Adapt sales strategies and plans based on market needs to achieve targets.
· Drive the sales team to build and nurture strong relationships with partners, focusing on understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
· Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and overall team performance, presenting regular updates to senior management.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within the sales operations.
· Foster a results-driven and customer-centric culture within the sales teams, emphasizing ethical and professional conduct.
Qualifications
· Over 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
· Over 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (Masters, MBA, etc.).
· Experience in sales, business development, or customer management.
· Proven experience in developing and executing successful acquisition strategies.
· English business fluent.
