We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director with experience improving process integrity. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director is a pivotal position with the priority of successfully evaluating new and existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within processes throughout the supply chain. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering and/or Engineering Technology or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• 10+ years management experience preferred, with technical leadership skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
