Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

Collaborate with a remote-first team of designers, developers, strategists, and project managers.
Bring bold ideas to life across web components, marketing websites, and responsive digital experiences.
Design scalable UI systems in Figma, applying UX/UI best practices.
Build reusable, component-based systems for consistency across devices.
Optimize design assets—icons, images, and files for digital platforms.
Ensure all designs align with brand consistency and established design systems.
Stay current with design trends and tools to continually refine your work.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

2+ years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing web projects, particularly responsive UI and component-driven design.
Expertise in Figma, including auto layout, components, and prototyping.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and design systems.
A keen eye for visual details—color, typography, layout, and spacing.
Comfortable presenting design work and collaborating across teams.
Motion & animation knowledge is a plus, with the ability to contribute creative ideas that enhance static designs.
