Responsibilities

1. Taking care of assigned content related scope for the client
2. Managing a small team of digital merchandisers, allocation of tasks
3. Attending client meetings and supporting the team in client discussions and status reporting
4. Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, improving continuously the overall client experience
5. Completing strategy for the client, presenting creative, innovative ideas, and discovering new client needs
6. Identifying risks and suggesting solutions
7. Tracking the team's performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance review
8. Inspiring and motivating team members
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

1. Passionate Leader with at least 1 year of team management experience
2. Experienced in working with clients and ability to build long-term relationships with them
3. Consultancy/Advising experience to help the clients achieve their goals and KPI's
4. Experience with managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website
5. Knowledge of Amazon or Walmart
6. Very good organization and coordination skills
7. At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, extensive knowledge and understanding of this field
8. Assertiveness and professionalism
9. Fluency in English (at least C1)
10. Attention to detail and quality control skills
