Job Summary:
The Digital Event Specialist role will support the Manager of Digital Experiences in executing Zendesk’s digital event strategy, focusing on creating, executing and enhancing engaging digital events that resonate with our audience. This role will be instrumental in developing innovative content, optimizing event formats, and implementing strategies that drive audience engagement and satisfaction.
