Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a member of the Business Corporate Solutions team, this professional is responsible for the governance of all IT policies, processes and procedures that impact Corporate Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury. These processes include Project Management Office, Transition Planning and Support, Release Management, Change Evaluation, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalogue Management, Problem Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Security Compliance, and Event Management.

Relying on extensive experience and judgment, this professional must maintain and support multiple priority solutions. This role involves interacting with a diverse range of professionals, from senior-level executives to IT technical analysts.

Aiming for high availability, compliance, and superior performance of all applications within Business Corporate Solutions, this professional must perform strategic assessments periodically to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in services and processes.

Your Impact

As DevSecOps Operations Lead your scope would consist of:

  1. Lead application services governance meetings (DSR/WSR);
  2. Coordinate vulnerability remediation tasks;
  3. Present/communicate service KPI’s and SLA’s to leadership;
  4. Interact with vendor management in subjects related to SOW, new services and baseline adjustments;
  5. Lead minor enhancements agenda;
  6. Ensure smooth transition of DevSecOps projects to operation;
  7. Co-manage technical team members both internal and external to PepsiCo to effectively and efficiently coordinate and address service delivery;
  8. Coordinate and communicate major releases and changes affecting business corporate applications;
  9. Lead Control & Audit activities;
  10. Lead all business critical incidents on the Business Corporate side;
  11. Be the Problem Coordinator and Security Champion for Business Corporate;
  12. Manage system of records in enterprise tools (such as myIT Services, myIT Portfolio, myidM, pepAGM, ACT, Archer, myCert, etc.).

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • 4 year BS Degree
  • 4+ years of IT expertise in service management
  • 4+ years experience with IT Operations management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with Vendor
  • Excellent interpersonal, effective and efficient communications with all levels of employees, management and executives, and with team members without direct authority
  • Team Player, high degree of self-motivation, results oriented, strong collaboration skills
  • May require on call 24x7 during peak times
  • Candidate must have customer service attitude and embrace IT as a service provider
