Job Summary

Responsible for order forecasting and managing demand changes with customers, ensuring that requests can be shipped on time.

What Will You Do:

• Overseeing and managing incoming sales orders, recognizing critical details and informing relevant teams for necessary follow-up.
• Handling customer priorities, including urgent backorders, standard backorders, and overdue items.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customer questions and leading the escalation process when needed.
• Assessing constraints affecting the sales plan and reporting their impact to the Demand Planning Supervisor.

Degree Requirement

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International trade or similar.
• Advanced English

Skills:

Demand Management:

• Knowledge of demand management process, production plan definition.
• Demand reports and analysis, to determine variation.
• Buffer strategy definition for shipping level products and inventory management.
• Tools development to detect Demand variation.

Forecasting:

• Production plan definition.
• RCCP analysis to identify manufacturing capabilities & restrictions.
• Basic knowledge on Sales and operation process.

Problem Solving:

• Identify customer priorities and manage them on the production line.
• Proactive communication with operations, manufacturing, supply chain team to meet demand.
• Examines a specific problem and understands the perspective of each involved stakeholder.

Additional Information:

• This vacancy is in Cienega de Flores.
• Hours are Monday through Saturday.
• Relocation is not available.
