The Operations Manager role is a strategic part of coordinating our operations both inside the building and outside on route. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing operations that focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customers.
Additional responsibilities:
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- 5+ years of General Experience
- 3+ Year(s) as people manager (5+ direct reports)
- English advanced proficiency (C1)
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Solid understanding and application of Lean manufacturing methodology.
