Responsibilities:

1. This is often a college graduate who is entering the workforce in their field of study.
2. They know basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices for their professional field, but usually have limited experience in applying them outside a classroom setting.
3. They handle detailed problems which require standard solutions.
4. They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team.
5. Performs specific delivery activities in support of broader delivery management initiatives.
6. Supports higher-level delivery management consultants and leaders.
7. Coordinates development and consolidation of technical and process documentation.
8. Directly assists clients in identifying issues/obstacles and alternatives for resolution.
9. Services delivered are typically less complex (in terms of number of locations, products delivered or system complexity) and smaller in revenue scope.
10. Focus of activities is primarily data analysis and reporting.
11. Interactions are primarily with internal team with limited interaction with client.
