• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in an operations environment in technology-based companies focusing on technology-based customers and agreements.
  
• Program management experience working with external partners, vendors, and creators.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to work in a business process extended workforce/managed services environment, with an emphasis on identifying, actioning, and optimizing for extended workforce opportunities.
  
• Ability to work well with sales, internal departments, and operational teams involved in the agreement-making process.
  
• Ability to take initiative and independently identify action items needed in any given situation.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with business judgment, with the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
