Pfizer is looking for a leader of Data Science leading a best-in-class team in market DS sub team. Reporting to the International Business Aligned Data Science lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists across multiple markets ensuring best in class methodologies and deliverables across the entire data journey from Descriptive to Predictive analytics.
As a Director of Data Science, you will lead a team of up to 6 members. Your responsibilities include managing the in-market demand intake, prioritization, and delivery for anchor Emerging markets (Brazil, Mexico, and Saudi) and all EM clusters MERA, LATAM, and Asia. Additionally, you will oversee capabilities such as Dynamic Targeting, LOE Framework, and Decision Engine for EM clusters/markets.
Data driven decisioning is at the heart of what we do, from optimizing go-to-market strategy and marketing to ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the most relevant and helpful information to power their discussions with providers. We are looking for someone that is passionate about building analytics practices to solve complicated business problems and deliver on our strategies. You will work cross functionally with CMO team, business leaders, and digital team to empower decision-making with high speed and scale, and accelerate marketing transformation.

Advanced degree in Applied Econometrics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Analytics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Ph.D is preferred.
