ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
The Product Manager – PepWise will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of PepWise, PepsiCo’s intelligent monitoring and observability platform for Data & Analytics. This role will ensure that PepWise delivers real-time insights, operational efficiencies, and enhanced platform observability to support PepsiCo’s data ecosystem. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive adoption across the organization.
Your Impact
As Data Product Manager your scope would consist of:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the PepWise product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with PepsiCo’s Data & Analytics goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with DataOps, Platform Engineering, and Business Leaders to understand requirements and drive adoption.
- Feature Prioritization: Translate business needs into product features, capabilities, and user experiences that improve observability, monitoring, and automation.
- Execution & Delivery: Work closely with engineering and Agile teams to ensure timely development, testing, and deployment of product enhancements.
- User Experience & Adoption: Drive user engagement and training for key PepWise personas, ensuring value realization across stakeholders.
- Performance & Optimization: Continuously assess platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, leveraging Databricks, Azure, Power BI, and Grafana.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to iterate on PepWise capabilities and maximize impact.
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
Experience required:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or platform engineering.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and DataOps best practices.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Services, Power BI, Grafana, and automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
