The Opportunity
Join our innovative data team and play a key role in transforming how our supply chain operates! As a Data Engineer, you’ll collaborate with database developers, analysts, and software engineers to create faster, smarter, and scalable data solutions that empower supply chain leaders, decision-makers, and frontline teams.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Design and Develop ETL Pipelines: Use Python and Databricks to build efficient, scalable, and resilient pipelines that power dashboards, reports, and user-facing tools.
Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Prepare and stage data for key business applications by creating and optimizing database tables, views, and indexes.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with supply chain teams and data specialists to solve complex challenges using analytics and data-driven insights.
Ensure Reliability and Accuracy: Perform data validation, implement failure notifications, and proactively monitor pipelines to ensure seamless performance.
Troubleshoot and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues in existing ETL pipelines and dashboards, while providing direct support to end users and handling ad-hoc analytics requests.
¿Who Are We Looking For?
Key skills and experience required:
2-4 Years of Experience in ETL development, data engineering, or a similar field.
Proficiency in Python, Databricks, and database management.
Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex data problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
