We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join us in January of 2025. The consultant will work under the supervision of the team manager or a Senior Professional Services team member and will learn the basics of pursuing technical projects. The Consultant will be involved in meaningful and challenging work and will build valuable expertise in technical projects, including new tools for developing Insights reports, portals, and integrations. Responsibilities include participating in meetings with clients to gather technical requirements, developing new reports under supervision, taking meeting notes, adding value to new solutions, and compliance management. The consultant will also invest time in self-study of Ellucian Insights, Experience, Extensibility, Ethos Integration, and Data Connect.

Where you will make an impact

• Conducting client agendas and meeting notes for new technical requirements and following action items
• Creating preliminary alignment between customer institutional priorities
• Using Ellucian tools to create new reports and translations
• Reviewing and editing draft customer-facing and internal documents
• Supporting the Manager in charge of the main account
• Being proactive in all tasks
