About the role
The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance standards for the whole Supply Chain, including Supply Chain measures, KPI, performance and metrics trending analysis, evaluation of our service from internal data to reveal what might be affecting our service, while providing feedback to Workstream Leads, OE Leads, and agents to provide recommendations for improvement on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities
Influence company strategy to achieve goals
Propose solutions based on conducted analysis and uncovered insights
Compliance gap detection
Develop a quality assurance program to include agent performance standards and workflow
Develop strategy for reporting, SLA, OTIF, NPS and other emerging performance scorecards for Supply Chain
Deliver Supply Chain trends, performance metrics, SLA, scorecard, and analysis
Implement, interpret, and maintain quality assurance standards within Supply Chain
Ensure suppliers are delivering accurate data and quality reporting
Identify areas of improvement for internal operations and supplier processing based on routine data received internally and externally
Facilitate decision making and prioritization based on data
Build ad hoc reports to easily visualize progress or gaps
Qualifications and skills
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and see connections between data and process
Strong analytical skills; able to compile and analyze data
Proven experience in development and execution of a quality assurance program
Ability to create and roll-out strategic vision and plan for all Supply Chain performance metrics and quality checks
Technology background; experience and understanding of Empowering Technology, HR Information Systems, and system interfaces
Excellent data manipulation and interpretation skills for use in understanding trends, performance analyses, etc.
Prepare and conduct quality assurance reviews and process audits for compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective listening and questioning skills, comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization, superior verbal, and written skills
Advanced PowerBi, Microsoft Office, and Outlook skills
Experience/ Education
Minimum 2+ years of proven Quality Assurance experience
Minimum 1+ years of proven metric trending reporting
Minimum 1+ years using sophisticated data management software and tools (SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, Visual Basics, SAP systems)
Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Data and Analytics, Communications, Computers/Management Information
Proficient in creating dynamic Dashboards and reports at different levels of detail using the Kerry tools
Non-Technical Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Detail-oriented, thorough with documentation/communication
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, deal with ambiguity, and succeed in a high-pressure environment
Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
Under limited supervision, ability to independently own work or team resources work in functional area, applying enhanced analytical skills to master data requests
