Responsibilities

The Opportunity in Mexico City!

Are you ready to play a key role in optimizing last-mile delivery solutions? As a Daily Routing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for creating efficient and reliable route plans to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise in logistics, communication, and problem-solving will directly impact our daily success. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Your Role:

• Route Planning: Develop daily route plans for last-mile deliveries, ensuring compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and OLAs.

• Expert Tool Usage: Utilize Omnitracs Roadnet to build optimized routes based on local needs and operational constraints.

• Collaborative Communication: Work closely with teams across multiple countries, liaising daily with local sales and operations teams.

• Flexible Scheduling: Manage your time across a dynamic work schedule, with shifts from Monday to Sunday (including occasional late afternoon and evening adjustments).

• Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and foster a culture of feedback and innovation with all stakeholders.

Your Impact:

• Daily Solutions: Design and deliver optimal routing solutions for last-mile deliveries across different regions using Omnitracs Roadnet.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Gather and analyze local operational data to provide accurate inputs for routing solutions.

• Process Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of routing processes and workflows.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Commercial, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to abstract and interpret data and apply mathematical reasoning to solve problems.

• Self-driven with excellent time-management skills to stay on top of daily agendas.

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.

• English: Advanced proficiency (Professional working level).

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Advanced level).
