Position Overview :
We're currently looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they derive from our client’s platform of solutions. With a focus on account management, you'll own upsells, renewals, and the identification of growth opportunities within your book of business. As a member of our dynamic and fast-growing team, you'll collaborate across various functions, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional value to every customer.
