Kemin is seeking a talented and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Mexico! This role will be responsible for maintaining our customer’s account needs. The Customer Service Representative is the internal and external contact point of contact of sales in charge of the maintenance of the master data of the customer and will make changes and relevant updates to the customer profile. The successful candidate is also responsible for generating tax billing and accurately tracking with finance and sales teams. This position will maintain a good relationship with customers by following credit notes, product returns, revalidation of materials, and sending samples to the United States.
The incumbent is expected to follow instructions, specific procedures and protocols, and policies to ensure the highest product quality and a safe work environment. This is an on-site position in our Zapopan facilities, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
