WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel.

The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality groups, responsible for:

  1. Processing orders and providing account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting, and order status communication within an industry and geographical location.
  2. Answering phone/email inquiries received from customers.
  3. Providing inside support to the external sales team.
  4. Handling credit and collections communication with customers as required with the support of the Channel Credit Analyst.
  5. Performing other duties/projects as assigned.

You will bring customer satisfaction with well-demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years Customer Service experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

  • Ability to interface with personnel from various departments and levels.
  • Ability to work independently; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to access information using automated systems; experience with spreadsheets and word processing; experience with SAP is preferred.
