Customer Order Management

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Manage customer orders to ensure shipments arrive on time to their destination.
2. Analyze customer demand to generate/create forecast and sales projection.
3. Develop worksheets to determine demand variation (Waterfall chart).
4. Creation, configuration and maintenance of SAP system parameters relevant to finish good products.
5. Daily preparation of shipments, creation of delivery, management and follow-up of delivery to customer by SAP system as well ensure ASN transmission was successful to customer.
6. Define and ensure inventory levels, taking on consideration demand from customer and capacity contracted.
7. Monitor customer’s shipment arrives on time.
8. Monitor production plan Attainment, to commit customer demand.
9. Review the portals from our customers to monitor scorecards, bulletins, chargebacks, claims, newsletters, orders, demands, etc.
10. Participate in the fulfillment of company plans, objectives and goals.

Your Skills & Strengths

1. Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.
2. 2 or 3 years in similar position and contact with customers.
3. Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
4. Knowledge in MRP Management System (SAP essential).
5. Inventory Management, DOH, SUT.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
