Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The role of the Customer Information Analyst has the objective of supporting PepsiCo Beverages North America Team by analyzing tax information, giving validation of its legality and correct follow-up on each case.

The analyst will be part of a dynamic group, ensuring that all the initiatives are accurately implemented, so all teams involved can perform their best to achieve strategic goals.

The analyst is expected to have strong communication and analytical skills with finance global teams as well as project designers since they will be implementing new processes constantly.

Your Impact

As Customer Information Analyst, your functions would consist of:

  • Follow up on requests and provide solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Continuous and open communication with stakeholders to learn, apply and improve SLAs.
  • Manage the ticket flow requests, understand the need on each ticket and the business plan to prioritize responses.
  • Establish processes to identify, track, resolve, and report results about customer issues.
  • Participate in fine-tuning activities to improve performance.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Graduated from Business Administration, Engineering, or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years).
  • 1 year of experience in Commercial, Finance, or Customer Service areas.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, both written and oral communication.
  • Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate data.
  • Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies.
  • Proficient in creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using PepsiCo standard resources.
  • Proactive in creativity to develop processes and initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.

  • Partner with team members of different hierarchy levels to find best practices and solutions to business unit requirements.

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

  • Organizational skills and service-oriented.

  • Experience with Power BI and SAP.
