How will you make an impact in this role?

An account protection specialist will focus on detecting, preventing, and stopping possible losses for our organization through account analysis and charge validations. This role is also responsible for proving or declining charges requested by establishments or colleagues who are assisting our customers while traveling or in an emergency situation, through detailed analysis in order to prevent possible fraud.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (Advanced English) and adaptability to different communication styles.
• Regulation and policy knowledge, understanding and complying.
• Digital dexterity: Navigate between screens, system knowledge, Outlook, Office, etc.
• High analysis capacity and risk evaluation.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic environments.
• Highly committed.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Schedule flexibility (Mon - Sun 6:00 am to 12:00 am).
• Availability to cover 8-hour shifts 5 days a week.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactivity.
• Excellent customer service.
