Creative Technologist, Post Production
About the role: As a Creative Technologist on our Post Production team, you’ll merge traditional production expertise with emerging AI-assisted creative tools. You’ll leverage user-friendly platforms and techniques—such as training models for product imagery—to deliver unique solutions for our clients. This role involves supporting a high-volume output of social and marketing campaigns with fresh, forward-thinking approaches.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Video Editors, Motion Graphics Designers, and Graphic Designers to produce polished assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Maintain top-quality standards across diverse campaign deliverables, keeping brand guidelines and creative briefs at the forefront.
- Integrate AI-based tools (e.g., image and video generation platforms, prompt engineering) into existing workflows to speed up concept development and generate high-quality deliverables.
- Train models for product imagery, generating visually consistent assets that align with each brand’s aesthetic.
- Identify opportunities to bring fresh ideas to life using emerging AI techniques, ensuring our creative outputs stand out in the marketplace.
- Adapt and refine AI-generated results to fit client needs, applying your strong creative eye for composition and detail.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—Creative, Account Management, Production—to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Effectively communicate creative possibilities and limitations of AI-generated content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Review AI outputs for brand consistency, making necessary adjustments to color, layout, and style to meet professional standards.
- Suggest ways to streamline workflows, staying current with new tools and practices that enhance production speed and quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a post-production or creative technology role.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Comfortable with at least one AI image generation platform.
- AI Familiarity: Experience training models or working with AI-driven product imagery is highly valued.
- Creative Eye: Ability to merge aesthetic principles with technical methods, ensuring final deliverables are both innovative and on-brand.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a proven record of collaborating effectively within diverse creative teams.
This is a fully in-office role based in Mexico City, Mexico. Candidates must be available to work on-site five days a week.
