What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain creative direction for multiple ecommerce clients.
- Lead creative concepting, design, and execution of campaigns across digital channels.
- Oversee a team of designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and quality control.
- Translate client brand guidelines into strategic creative direction for the team.
- Present creative concepts and strategy directly to clients when needed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and drive results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and account teams.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, must be in agency settings.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with consumer brands.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce design principles and digital marketing.
- Excellence in client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing creative teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with DTC or ecommerce brands.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization for digital assets.
- Experience with digital advertising creative (social media, email, web).
- Background in brand development and positioning.
