Cost/VAVE Engineer

As a Cost/VAVE Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, analyzing, evaluating, coordinating, preparing, and supporting cost proposals to commercial customers. You will ensure compliance with customer specifications, Inventus Power policies and procedures. This position requires advanced knowledge of cost engineering and the ability to handle moderately complex projects, processes, and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and execute a project funnel for budgetary and supplier RFQ’s.
• Navigate requests for quotes and push back on incomplete data with means to process a successful budget or quote.
• Manage the number of proposed and executed projects (VAVE) including Product, Process, Service, System, or Facility.
• Conduct executed cost analysis (Budget and RFQ).
• Develop, deploy, and implement an estimating system compliance and provide interpretation of RFP requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical engineering, Materials Management, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and application programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and teamwork skills; requires traffic and customs knowledge.
