Cost Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Define standard cost of manufacturing process
• Standard costing for annual revaluation and cost change analysis
• Developing and analyzing annual budget (Spending, headcount and fixed asset) for P&L and Non-P&L departments
• Analysis of manufacturing variance in P&L and explanations for corporate monthly review, (PPV, scrap, production variance & inventory adjustments)
• Direct labor cost analysis
• Headcount review with all departments
• Evaluation of new cost reduction projects and perform monthly results
• Recommending changes in manufacturing process and procedures to reduce P&L variance
• Month end activities and account reconciliations process
• Perform daily and weekly KPI’s for operations review
• Cycle count adjustment perform and process audit
• Review and close manufacturing work orders and identify any potential variance

Minimum Requirements

• Professional career in accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in medical devices.
• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices and regulations applicable to the medical industry.
• In compliance with GMP rules and/or regulations, and all National and International Quality standards according to the Quality Manual.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Spoken and written English 90%
