Our team is an eclectic mix of brand leaders, creative directors, designers, copywriters, media executives, and brand managers, headed by French strategist Emmanuel Moreau and Mexican designer Gerardo Ortiz.

About you

In this role, your primary focus will be to protect our projects' voices and stories. Your every morning question should be: How can I create beauty and value by using the right words? You are expected to immerse in each brand's universe and be able to guarantee the quality and coherence between the content and the holistic interaction of creativity and design are met at all times. You will be a key player in the pursuit of creating value for our clients and their consumers through relevance and awareness.

We trust you with these key responsibilities:

  1. Build integral pieces of text to get the attention needed to make sure the message goes through.
  2. Proofread every text that goes through you while perfecting style and orthography.
  3. Research for references and trends.
  4. Find unusual sources of inspiration and encourage your team to do so as well.
  5. Master and dominate the art of storytelling.
  6. Participate at powerful and safe-space brainstorming sessions with your team.
  7. Collaborate with your team to plan the monthly social calendar, making sure each message is the right one.
  8. Receive, understand and decode briefs.
  9. Transform visions into concepts and creative ideas that resonate.
  10. Deploy concepts and creative ideas into powerful and feasible applications.
  11. Create scripts and build demo tapes that shape our ideas into tangible pieces to present and pitch.
  12. Elaborate and display simple, powerful, and persuasive presentations to pitch new project ideas and/or to show projects progress.

Experience & Requirements

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Fluent in English and understanding of creative communities.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Common sense.
  • Organized, obsessive to details, decisive, and agile.

Perks & Compensation

Working hour: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule (Monday to Thursday in the office, Fridays remote)

12 vacation days after your 1st anniversary, 14 days on your 2nd anniversary and then 16 days from your 3rd anniversary henceforward.

Winter Break: last week of the year.

Spring Break: Thursday and Friday on holy week.

Early Friday: shift ends 2 hours early last Friday of every month, yay!

4 hours per month to use on personal matters.

5 sick days per year.
