JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:
Position is responsible for entry-level processing of indirect invoices and assistance with direct invoices for company vendors. Will be the owner of incoming mail.

Essential Functions:

1. Process vendor invoices, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and reconcile vendor accounts.
2. Participate in organization's process improvement projects.

Knowledge:

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
2. Working knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred.

Experience:

1. 0-3 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.

Skills:

1. Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel).
2. Able to communicate effectively (oral and written).
3. Able to prioritize tasks with the help of management.
4. Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a controlled environment.

Education:

1. Have or working towards an associate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
