JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

Position is responsible for cash application, claims, analyzing activity on accounts, notice trends, taking action to get to root of issue.

Essential Functions:

1. Cash application and claims management
2. Drive monthly collection efforts to achieve customer and team total targets.
3. Understanding specific customer traits to be able to support customer changes/issues.
4. Responsible for cash forecasting on a monthly basis, including an understanding of variances to forecasts.

Required Skills:

1. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
2. Able to confidently and efficiently correspond to all levels of management.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Shows commitment to process improvement.
5. Strong knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
6. Excellent organizational skill and professional communication skills.

Required Experience:

1. 1+ years of AR accounting experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
2. ERP experience preferred (SAP preferred).
3. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
4. Knowledge of financial methodologies.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/related field or relevant experience.
