Job Description Summary

Systems Requirements. Ensure requirements are defined, teaming up and influencing ESDI team for completion and consistency.

Integration with Controls Logic and Verification.

Validation. Built strategy to move validation work from Controls systems to warranty independence between designers and validation process. Design process and warranty compliance with regulators.

Testing Strategy per HW and SW Built. Collaborate and influence Certification Leaders, ODA representatives and A&C to defined the best Certification testing strategy for the best results considering SQDC priority.

Labs Responsibility: AEO Controllers Test System, Commercial FTS, and Component Test Facility. Strategy to optimize efficiency of the labs, with GEIQ equipment and in coordination with the global labs in US and other global sites.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and administrative management.
• The SSM is responsible for the technical recommendations of the team to the programs and the leadership organization.
• Represents discipline or program during discussions with GM.
• Define and support section KPIs within their module/discipline owns action plan and execution.
• Responsible of team operation and health. Team champion and advocate, actively supports team presentations and reviews at different organization levels.
• Implement and identifies business initiatives as required. Role Model in safety compliance and integrity / Spirit and the letter.
• Be actively involved in the technical execution of the team.
• Advocate of safety, actively addresses concerns and builds an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Identification and development of resources aligned to business needs at the discipline/program level.
• Additionally participates in the definition of the section / discipline / product strategy aligned with our true north metrics. (Safety, quality, delivery and cost).
