Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions on financial/statutory requirements for HP Argentina. The role actively supports corporate and statutory compliance on financial transactions, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement.

Responsibilities

1. Performs complex financial/statutory compliance analysis for HP Argentina, identifies issues and recommends solutions.
2. Provides key support and participates in the execution of transactional operations required for the subsidiary, in collaboration with other teams that include Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, Legal, HR, among others.
3. Conducts financial analysis for specific initiatives or requirements, providing valuable analytics to support key business operations.
4. Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
5. Supports policy and process enhancement for HP Argentina.
6. Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, and supports development of overall business plans and strategies.
7. Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
8. Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended

1. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
2. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
