Supports accountable business partners in mastering contractual challenges at all stages of the bid process in close cooperation with Legal Counsel and Project Management. Leading and developing a team of Contract Management Professionals.

How to contribute to our vision

  1. Implements superior standards, guidelines and processes regarding effective Contract Management.
  2. Maintains quality standards and applies tools to support Contract Management processes.
  3. Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract related documents.
  4. Participates in developing project specific concepts and in due diligence for M&A projects.
  5. Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines.
  6. Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.
  7. Ensures Project Execution.
  8. Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with accountable project management.
  9. Captures internal data and prepares presentations and analyses.
  10. Shares best practices in the CM community. Standardizes contracts and improves processes.
  11. Sets up and conducts trainings for business partners and colleagues.

A person that will close support to Latam management and Legal Department in the management of customer claim communication and preparation of pertinent procedures derived from contract duties.
