DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES) has an immediate need for a Continuous Improvement Process Leader. You will be the link between station management and the ACES team. As a member of the ACES team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, providing stations with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve delivery performance.

Your goal is to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. Creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams of the organization will help you to enable overall process alignment.

Understand through execution, improvement projects to lead in order to make easier mechanisms to track metric deviation to achieve expected targets.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Support OTR (On the Road) Technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners, and Delivery partners.
  2. Maintain SOP, START, and standard processes materials updated according to the current standards.
  3. Analyze main metrics on a weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals.
  4. Lead weekly audits to verify accuracy of current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas.
  5. Support the Ops Team in weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation from the standard processes.
  6. Offer ACES perspective to optimize package flow and reduce wasted time, improving workflow.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Completed High School diploma or bachelor's degree in progress.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with learning or continuous improvement responsibilities.
- Basic English Skills (B1+).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary groups.
- Green belt certification (optional).
- Engage in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Support project improvement events to achieve business goals with short- and long-term results.
- Offer feedback effectively related to Standard Process adherence.
- Deliver training solutions, if necessary, for deploying projects and increasing adoption.
- Analyze metrics and identify deviations, creating clear improvement plans.
