Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Helpware team.

Position Overview:

Our Client is a ratings and reviews platform that collects reviews and does research on business-to-business service providers. Each month, thousands of people come to review their web development agency, digital marketer, accounting firm, or other business services providers they partner with. We are looking for candidates who can verify, edit, summarize, and publish review content. We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals with strong editorial judgment and time management skills to assist with editing review content according to client's Style Guide and performing online research to verify the identity of reviewers.

Once fully trained, individuals are expected to complete the entire editing process for one review within approximately 16 minutes. Teammates will be evaluated by their ability to accomplish goals on time and consistently follow quality standards. There is the opportunity for individuals to expand their role to include other types of review processing, content curation, and customer service based on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions clearly
  • Conduct basic online research
  • Transcribe standard audio using software
  • Write clearly and concisely (In English)
  • Demonstrate editorial judgment
  • Work effectively under deadline
  • Operate comfortably within a CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 yrs experience in editing & copy writing
  • 1-2 yrs Transcription Experience
  • 1-2 yrs Business Writing or Copywriting Experience
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Advanced computer and typing skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • High Level of Professionalism
  • Ability to adapt and learn
