Your role at Vantive
Join our team as the Consultant, IT Digital Health. You will join a high-performing team responsible for delivering innovative, client-focused digital health solutions. This role involves strategic oversight of customer integrations, technical implementations, and team development, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. You will collaborate across departments and act as a key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
Manage medium size teams, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate solid business knowledge, require limited direction, give significant direction, handle complex problems, possess strong knowledge of policies, standards and procedures, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and assist in mapping the end-to-end processes and the impacted applications for the Digital Product applications.
- Become a Subject matter expert within the company for Digital Product solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of Digital Products integration implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, deployment guides, and user resources for internal and external audiences.
- Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills while evoking passion and confidence with your audience.
- Translate technical solutions into business outcomes within an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate strategies.
- Lead technical presentation and implementation reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Review team, group and/or service deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to the processes, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the budget process and monitor the budget as appropriate. Assist the business with IT capital and operating expense investment requirements.
- Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.
- Develop, gather and measure relevant productivity metrics.
- Manage or participate in projects as required.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree with greater than 5 years of experience in the related areas of Digital health Products.
- Analytical functional experience.
- Established commercial business acumen.
- Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment.
- Ability and maturity to manage senior level stakeholders globally.
- Experience in working in regulated environments (i.e. privacy/compliance).
- Design thinking awareness and prior usage strongly preferred.
