What you will be doing:

1. Pre-contacting guests to plan their vacations.
2. Responding and attending to our guests inquiries via email and in person.
3. Taking initiative to add a personalized experience to our guests stay.
4. Turning moments into memories for our guests through sparkles.

Your experience and skills include:

1. Service focused personality is essential and experience as a concierge and/or front desk agent.
2. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
3. Prior experience working with Opera.
4. Bilingual Spanish and English.

Requisitos

1. The ability to connect with specified VIP guests prior to arrival to review reservations, making note of but not limited to: arrival/departure time, transportation needs, restaurant bookings, housekeeping service times, amenities requested, and preferences.
2. The ability to field concierge-related requests/inquiries as well as monitoring Concierge-Inbox to review and action guest requests.
3. The ability to assist with phone calls and general inquiries about the property.
4. The ability to act as the voice and heart of all VIP engagement.
5. Flexibility to work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
