Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies for one of our most beloved global entertainment brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
2. Work on content calendars and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
3. Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
4. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
5. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews across various social media platforms.
6. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
7. Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
8. Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
9. Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis.
10. Work closely with paid media team.
11. Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
12. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
13. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
14. Analyze the conversation around the brand daily.
15. Know-how in analysis about the brand developing effective results for the KPI of the client.
16. 3+ years of experience in Community Management for regional or global brands.
17. Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.
18. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
19. Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
20. Knowledge in managing CMS’s.
21. Interest in pop culture and trendy social media conversations.
22. Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
23. Working in entertainment is a huge plus.
