Position Objective:

Lead the internal and external communication strategy at the regional level, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and promoting a strong corporate culture. This role is responsible for developing and implementing communication initiatives that strengthen the company’s identity across the different plants in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement regional communication strategies that align key messages across all plants.
  • Manage and coordinate internal communication channels within the region (newsletters, intranet, bulletin boards, corporate emails, etc.).
  • Develop content and communication materials for corporate initiatives, campaigns, and events.
  • Implement communication programs that promote engagement and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate corporate events and integration activities across the region’s plants.
  • Support crisis communication management and corporate reputation handling in the region.
  • Act as a liaison between regional management and plant teams to ensure effective and consistent communication.
  • Administer and create content for corporate social media (if applicable) in coordination with global teams.
  • Maintain relationships with local and regional media to strengthen corporate image.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on employer branding strategies and talent attraction efforts in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications, both internal and external, within regional or multinational environments.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or maquiladora industry (preferred).
  • Strong writing, design, and information presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and internal communication platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multicultural teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
