• Cost Reduction Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs across all indirect material categories while maintaining high quality and reliability.
• Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, lead times, and service agreements with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms.
• Catalog Management: Manage and maintain web catalogs of products from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Contract Management: Collaborate with the legal team to review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Market Analysis: Perform market research to identify new suppliers, monitor pricing trends, and ensure competitive pricing.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth procurement process and address any issues that arise.
