In this role, the candidate will gain expertise in the procurement process for spare parts of Pepsico's field-installed equipment. The individual will be responsible for developing and mapping the process for managing outstanding accounts payable within the equipment/parts teams. Furthermore, they will provide comprehensive support to management and the team by generating reports and conducting analyses to ensure effective operations management, along with performing various ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Purchase Order Management: Efficient processing of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
• Overdue Invoice Resolution: Proactively addressing and resolving overdue invoices to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Forecasting and Analysis: Conducting detailed forecasting and analysis to support the purchasing team in decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Providing ongoing support to suppliers to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Automation Tool Development: Designing and implementing automation solutions to optimize purchasing processes and enhance efficiency.
• Purchasing Project Development & Implementation: Leading and executing purchasing-related projects to drive improvements and operational excellence.
Who Are We Looking For?
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations, Engineering, or similar field preferred.
Experience:
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of experience generating value reports, interpreting data or designing automations.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
• Programming knowledge is advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to various systems.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and self-motivated.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn and update multiple ERP systems (SAP, CETS, Scope).
• Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally, with suppliers, and with customers.
