Manage the human, financial, and material resources of the branch to maximize their utilization and focus on meeting sales objectives and delivering the requested products in a timely manner by customers, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Petty Cash management

  • Credit and collections management

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and ISO 9001 standard compliance
  • ISO 22000 standard compliance
  • EPS and office management

Administrative Tasks:

  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Staff support and supervision
  • Supplier development and support
  • Material reception, storage, and loading management
  • Training and auditing activities

Business Process Management:

  • Order fulfillment and deviation solutions
  • Prospecting and new market participation
  • Annual budget management and compliance
  • Account executive facilitation
  • High-consumption customer attention

Collection Process:

  • Overdue portfolio reception and coordination
  • Client file integration and warranty management

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 8-hour shift
