Escolaridad:

  10. Management of human, financial and material resources
  11. Strategic Planning
  12. ISO 9001 standard
  13. ISO 22000 standard
  14. Office software proficiency

Key Objectives:
Manage the human, financial, and material resources of the branch to maximize their utilization and focus on meeting sales objectives and delivering the requested products in a timely manner to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Achieve and maintain the solvency and continuous growth of the branch, ensuring that the assets of the company are monitored at all times.

Administrative Process:

  1. Compliance with company policies and procedures
  2. Support and supervise staff activities
  3. Support in the development of suppliers
  4. Support and supervise the reception, storage and loading of materials
  5. Support in training and auditing activities both administrative and quality-related
  6. Supervise the management of petty cash
  7. Supervise the logbook of the units

Business Process:

  1. Fulfillment of orders and requirements with follow-ups and solutions for any deviations that may arise
  2. Prospecting and participation in new markets
  3. Annual budgets and manage their compliance through the management of the Sales Executive
  4. Facilitate the activities of account executives
  5. Attention to high-consumption customers
  6. Manage inventories and promotions
  7. Participate in the activities of account executives

Collection Process:

  1. Support in the reception of overdue portfolio in coordination with the area and the Chief Administrative Officer
  2. Integration of client files keeping them up to date (warranties)
