About Our Client

Major multinational company is looking for a bilingual Commercial Director reporting directly to the General Manager.

Job Description

His main responsibilities are:

1. Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth and profitability by focusing on high-value, strategic opportunities within the corporate market.
2. Lead and motivate a high-performing commercial team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
3. Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the corporate sector.
4. Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance offerings and market position.
5. Oversee the development and management of a diverse product portfolio tailored to the needs of the corporate market.
6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.
7. Maintain and expand a mature network within the Financial Services Industry to stay informed of market trends and potential opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Industrial Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer with MBA, Master in Business Analytics, Data Science or similar.
Deep understanding of analytical & technology services, particularly in cloud environments, and the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
Extensive experience in Consumer Banking, analytics and technology services, particularly in cloud environments.
Deep understanding of technology applications for financial, retail, and telecommunications markets.
Working closely with C-level (CEO, CRO, CDO, CXO) to develop and maintain strategic relationships, identify opportunities for collaboration, and create value-driven solutions.
Banker with at least 10 years of professional experience in sales line management in Banks.
Established network within the Financial Services Industry.
Fluent level of English is mandatory.
