Job Purpose:
The Expansion Supervisor will be responsible for participating in one of the business's most ambitious projects. Their participation is crucial to achieving the expansion objectives throughout 2025.
Prior knowledge of technical and administrative skills is required for this position, such as searching for premises, evaluating legal documentation for contracts, urgent follow-up on contracting of store services from installation to first payment (CFE and water), knowledge of operating licenses, advertisements, remodeling and/or construction of buildings, proactive follow-up with on-site managers, evaluating suppliers, site visits, technical monitoring of works and progress, knowledge of reading drawings, installations and construction materials, construction processes, communicating progress with area management, deliveries as well as attention to guarantees, using guarantee if necessary.
It is essential to demonstrate excellent communication skills, risk assessment, organization, and planning. You are expected to have great collaborative work skills, drive to work in a team, and a proactive attitude since your knowledge of managing time, resources, and internal and/or external work teams will be of the utmost importance in achieving the set objectives.
