About the role

The Collections Back Office Representative will be responsible for carrying out administrative support to the back-office area as well as support the collections channels with data reporting and information control. This role will work in process improvements for the operations of our consumer collections.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Administration, Economics and/or Engineering.
  • +1 year of experience on administrative tasks (professional practices are considered).
  • Intermediate/Advanced English Skills, both verbal and written (will be evaluated during interviews).
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office Excel - PIVOT, VLOOKUP, SEARCH FORMULAS (desirable Macros).
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
  • Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Data management and reporting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with the collections area to provide information & data.
  • Maintain controls and review lawsuit checklist information provided by vendors.
  • Develop reports and improvements to control all accounts allocated with lawyers that are currently managing lawsuit affairs.
  • Prepare and manage all digital documentation needed for the creation of "deduction files".
  • Participation in projects for process improvements.
  • Assure the correct application of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and monitor area KPI's.
