CNC Programmer Engineer

Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 3 and 4 axis. Develop and coordinate CNC projects using lean manufacturing tools. Change the work routes. Internal and external quality problems solution. Create TOS and ECR'S. Support the robust FA (First Article) system. Selection of new technology for tooling. Create 3D tool models.

Professional degree: Mechanical Eng., Mechatronic Eng, Aerospace Eng.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes. High level of knowledge of CATIA V5. Experience in programming 3 to 4 axis machines. Programming and Validation of first articles. Development of best practices in CNC machines as well as knowledge in the development and selection of tooling for machining processes. Root cause analysis and corrective actions. English spoken and written (80%).
